Mailings: Error center

The "Error center" panel helps you quickly identify errors inside your mailing and shows you how to improve your mailing in a few simple steps. Click the error message to jump directly to the affected element and correct the error there.

You can find the "Error center" panel inside the "Editing" tab. You can tell by the blue, orange, or red dot if there are any errors or recommendations for you; the color depends on the type of error that has occurred.

Work in progress: We are continuously expanding the error center for you, so that it becomes easier and easier for you to discover editorial errors inside your mailing. Currently, not all errors will be displayed. Additionally, use spam test, display test, and work with test mails for different test profiles to thoroughly test your mailing before dispatch.

Error types

Mailings with the error types (Note) and (Warning) can still be sent. If there is at least one error of the type (error), the "Release" button will be disabled and you cannot release and send your mailing.

Fix the error and try again.

In case, not all of your target groups could be correctly mapped to the target groups in XPRO: Re-select the missing target groups using your container settings.
