Mailings: Tips and troubleshooting

The "Tips and troubleshooting" panel helps you quickly identify errors inside your mailing and shows you how to improve your mailing in a few simple steps. Click the message to jump directly to the affected element and correct the error there.

You can find the "Tips and troubleshooting" panel inside the "Editing" tab. You can tell by the blue, orange, or red dot if there are any errors or recommendations for you – the color depends on the type of message.

Work in progress: We are continuously expanding the "Tips and troubleshooting" panel for you, so that it will become easier and easier for you to spot editorial errors in your mailing. Currently, not all topics are covered yet. Additionally, use spam test, display test and work with test mails for different test profiles to thoroughly test your mailing before dispatch.

Type of message

Mailings containing the message types(notice) and(warning) can be sent. If there is at least one error of the type (error), the "Release" button will be disabled and you cannot release and send your mailing.

In case, not all of your target groups could be correctly mapped to the target groups in XPRO: Re-select the missing target groups, using your container settings.
