Coupon campaign overview: sort, search and edit campaigns

Edit, sort and freely search your campaigns, using the campaign overview.

Step by step

1. Open the campaign overview by clicking the "Coupons" navigation item.

2. Sort campaigns

   Click one of the column headers to sort your campaigns in ascending or descending order. The column which defines the table sorting will be highlighted in turquoise.

   

   The default sort order is by descending ID.

   Where does the ID come from?

   When you create a new campaign, we automatically assign an ID to your new campaign.

   You cannot edit the ID. It remains unchanged even if you delete or deactivate neighboring campaigns.

3. Search campaigns

   Use the free text search field to keep track of a large number of campaigns.

   What will be searched? Use the free text search field to search "Campaign type" and "Campaign name" columns at the same time.

   

4. Edit campaigns

   You can quickly jump into editing a specific campaign, using the context menu:

   • Upload coupon codes

   • Edit coupon campaign

     What does this mean?

     By clicking the Edit icon, you can change all the settings you specified when you created your campaign. You can also view the status of your campaign.

   • Disable campaign

   • Download coupons

   • Delete campaign

   

• You have sorted, searched and edited your campaign overview.
