Download coupons

Step by step

  1. Open the "Coupons" navigation item.

    Click "Download coupons".

  2. Confirm the dialog by clicking Download.

    Unlike the upload CSV file, the downloaded CSV file contains the following information:

    • Coupon codes

    • Email address of your recipients

    • Code deletion time

    • Dispatch date

    This means: You cannot just take a downloaded CSV file and upload it into another campaign. You'll have to delete all columns except the "Coupon codes" column from the file before uploading it once again.

    Even easier: Transfer your coupons directly: When deleting or disabling your campaign, you can transfer coupons directly to another campaign without having to deal with the CSV files.

  • You have downloaded your coupon file. You'll find it in the download folder of your computer.
