Save a container with its content (content container)
You can save a container including its content from an existing mailing. This allows you to reuse container content, styles, recipient attributes, modules and target groups in other mailings.
You can also go to the container editor: You can create content containers from your mailing as described here. Or you can create them straight away as content containers in the
Containers navigation item and / or edit them there.
Step by step

Move your cursor over the right margin of your container. This will then appear blue.

Click the
"Save content container" icon.
What is saved?
The following is saved:

Container contents (texts and images)
-
Styling (background color, borders, or spacing)

Placeholder
-
Modules
-
Target groups
-

Decide whether to create your content container as a new container or replace an existing content container.

Create new content container: Enter a name for your new content container.
Status: Your content container will be approved immediately.

Replace content container: Select an existing content container you want to replace. Your new container will overwrite the previous version and will be approved immediately.

- You have saved the container from your mailing along with content and styling settings. You can now edit it in the container editor or use it in other mailings.
