Create a "Quick subscription" form

Use the "Quick subscription" to create a quick, simple subscription form.

Want more design options? Would you prefer to design your subscription form entirely according to your own ideas? Then use the form editor instead.

Step by step

  1. Open the "Forms" navigation item.

  2. Click New form.

  3. Click "Speed things up".

  4. Give your form a meaningful name.

  5. Select the list your recipients should subscribe to.

  6. Select a style set.

  7. Choose whether you want to protect your form with Friendly Captcha or Google reCAPTCHA.

    Approval required: If you wish to use Google reCAPTCHA, we require your company’s approval to include Google Ireland Limited as a subprocessor. If this is not yet the case, please send us the completed supplementary agreement to the existing order processing agreement. If you are a partner customer, get in touch with your Inxmail partner.

  8. Define your form elements and input fields:

    Form element

    Explanation / Example

    Label for email field Enter the label you want to display above above the email input field, e.g. "Email"
    Text on subscription button

    Enter the text that should appear on the subscription button, e.g. "Subscribe now"

    Subscription Checkbox: Enable the switch and enter a text if you want your recipients to actively confirm their subscription to your list via checkbox, e.g. “I agree to receive the newsletter.”
    Tracking Permission

    Checkbox: Enable the switch and enter a text if you want to request consent for personalized tracking.

    § GDPR You may only analyze clicks and openings on a personalized basis if the recipient has given explicit consent to personalized tracking.

    Data privacy statement

    Enable the switch to add a link to your privacy policy.

    • Link text: Enter the text that links to your privacy policy.

    • URL: Enter the URL of your privacy policy.

    Edit later: If you want to edit your quick subscription later, you will be redirected to the form editor. There you can adjust all settings later.

  9. Click Publish.

  • You have created and published a simple subscription form.

Your recipients can view and complete the subscription form online as soon as you embed it into your website via iframe.
