-
Subscription timeout (DOI)
-
Unsubcription confirmation (DOO)

Unsubscription timeout (DOO)

Design your mailings to make sure they contain the relevant links and information needed for your mailing type and use case.
Approve your mailings so you can add them to your (un)subscription process.
Can I use my (un)subscription mailings from Inxmail Professional?
In general, your cannot use (un)subscription mailings from XPRO. You can only use (un)subscription mailings from Newsletters & campaigns.
For existing customers: If you have already added (un)subscription mailings to your list in the Inxmail Professional subscription manager, they are still there - but with a warning message.
As soon as you replace your XPRO (un)subscription mailing with a Newsletters & campaigns (un)subscription mailing, your XPRO mailing will disappear from the drop-down list. You will then only have the (un)subscription mailings from "Newsletters & campaigns" to choose from.
