Embed form
Prepare your form for embedding:

Preview: View your form in Inxmail preview and in your browser.

Path: Define the form path.

Access control: Protect your form from being embedded on unauthorized domains by specifying the allowed domains.

Embed: Copy the iframe code and embed the form into your website.
Step by step

In the
"Forms" navigation item, click the
preview icon for the form you want to embed.

Preview
The preview appears immediately. Click
to open the form in your browser.Styling note: The browser preview shows your form without outer spacing. Adjust the layout in your CMS as needed.

Path
By default, Inxmail generates a form path based on the following pattern: Form-DD-Month-YYYY-id. The form path is part of the full iframe URL you use to embed your form, e.g.: https://sample-company.my.inxmail.de/Formular-14-Juli-2025-1340
Click
and assign a more meaningful name to your form path if needed. -
Access control
You can protect your form from being embedded on unauthorized domains. Click
and enable the "Protect from embedding on external websites" switch.Enter the permitted domains (comma-separated, without protocol), e.g.:

Embedding
Click
(a bit further up, right next to ).-
iframe embed code: Click the
copy icon to copy the iframe code to your clipboard. Go to your content management system (CMS) and insert the iframe code into the designated page or section.

Form URL: This is the same URL as shown under – use it to preview the form directly in your browser.

Your form is now ready for embedding.
