Step by step

1. Click New list in the "Lists" navigation item.

2. Enter your list name, sending and reply address and other basic properties for your list.

   Basic properties

   Field	Description
   Name	Enter a name for your mailing list. Tip: You can use a list to address specific customer segments, countries or product lines, for example.
   Description	Enter an internal description of your mailing list. Tip: You can, for example, enter details of the recipients included. Or you can describe which types of newsletter campaigns you would like to carry out, based on this list.
   Sending address	Enter the email address you want to use as the sending address for your list. For best deliverability: Make sure that you have authenticated the domain of your sending address XPRO's Inxmail Professional's Brand Identity Protectionin agent.
   Sender name	Enter a sender name.
   Reply address	Enter an email address. We usually recommend using the same address as the sending address.
   Reply-to name	Enter an reply-to name.

   You can edit more list properties in Inxmail Professional.

3. Click Save.

• You have created a new list.

How do I add recipients to my list?

Within XNEW Inxmail New Xperience, you can currently use a simple import via .csv file.

Apart from that, you can use the usual import and subscription options in XPRO Inxmail Professional, e.g.

• Manual import

• Import automation

• Subscription via subscription form

Work in progress: In the future, even more options for subscribing and importing your recipients to your list will be available to you in XNEW Inxmail New Xperience.
