Create workflows

Step by step

1. Open the "Workflows" navigation item.

2. Click New workflow.

3. Create an empty workflow or select a template.

   There are two types of templates:

   Inxmail templates

   Inxmail provides a number of templates for common use cases, e.g."Birthday mailing" or "Simple scheduled dispatch with target group". You cannot modify or delete Inxmail templates. However, you can use them as a basis for your own workflow and customize them inside your workflow.

   "Birthday mailing" template

   If you use the "Birthday mailing" template, you must create a target group based on the "contains anniversary (day / month)" operator in the "Target groups" navigation item and store it in your workflow.

   Custom templates

   Custom templates are workflows that you have created yourself and saved as template using the icon. You can view them at any time by opening the "Workflow templates" tab where you can edit or delete them.

4. Click Create.

• You have created a new workflow.
