Users, roles, rights and security
Can only be used with special rights: Usually, Inxmail creates new users for you and takes care of all necessary settings regarding roles, rights and security. You do not need to take any action in this area.

In order that users may use Inxmail Professional, you must create the users, set them up and then assign the required rights to them (either directly or through role assignment).

To be able to assign rights to users through roles, you must create and set up the roles.

To guarantee the security of login data and define which events are logged for this purpose, you must make security settings.

You can display and filter logging (configured beforehand).

As part of the Inxmail platform: You use newsletters & campaigns as your main tool for creating and sending newsletters. Inxmail Professional only serves as a recipient database and configuration tool in the background.
