Displaying and filtering the log

Step by step

  1. Click the (Global settings) tab > Users agent > Log tab.

    The log entries are displayed.

  2. To define filter settings, proceed as follows:
    1. To expand the filter settings, click the Filters button.
    2. Use the option buttons (Do not use a date filter, The last ... days, From... to...) to define whether a date filter is to be applied.
    3. Use the check boxes (Procedure, Triggering user, Objective) to specify whether the log entry table is to be filtered by the table columns.
    4. Click the Apply filter button.

      The log display is updated.

  • The log entry table now contains only the log entries that match your filter settings.
