Create and use colors and fonts

In style sets and mailings, not all colors and fonts are automatically available to you. Only colors and fonts that you have previously created in the "Colors & Fonts" tab are available.

Create colors and fonts

In the "Colors & Fonts" tab you define:

  • Primary colors: Primary colors are your colors for backgrounds, frames, or buttons.

  • Font colors: Font colors are your colors for fonts. Only colors that you have created as "Font colors" in the "Colors & Fonts" tab will be available later in your Text styles (as well as for free font formatting and ordered lists inside your mailing).

  • Fonts: Only fonts that you have created in the "Colors & Fonts" tab are available to you for Text styles.

Use colors and fonts

Inside the "Background colors," "Text," and "Buttons" tabs, you apply the colors and fonts that you created in the "Colors & Fonts" tab. The same applies to all colors you use within your mailing, e.g., for backgrounds, borders, or free text formatting.

Want to use your own web fonts? Contact your Inxmail representative or if you are not happy with the fonts available and you would like to insert your own web fonts. In any case, when integrating web fonts, you must ensure that your web font is used in compliance with the GDPR.

Cross-Origin Resource Sharing (CORS) required: Note that you must set up CORS on your domain if you host fonts on your on servers.
