Create users

Step by step

  1. Open the "Users" navigation item.
  2. Click New User.

    The "Create user" dialog box is displayed.

  3. Enter the following:

    • Email

      Every email address only exists once in Inxmail New Xperience: Inxmail New Xperience accepts every email address only one time. You also cannot use this email address more than once in other spaces or accounts. That is also relevant when it comes to deleting users.

    • Salutation
    • First name
    • Last name
    • Language in which Inxmail New Xperience should be displayed
  4. Assign rights to your user via roles.

    What happens if I do not assign the user any rights/roles? A user who has not been assigned a role will not see any content or navigation items. In order for your users to work, you need to assign rights to them.

  5. If you'd like, you can enter additional information about your user:

    • Title/position
    • Team
    • Phone number
    • Personnel number/code
    • Subscription to the Inxmail newsletter
  6. Click Save.
  • You have created a new user.
