Create a "Quick unsubscription" form

Use "Quick unsubscription" to create a simple unsubscription form quickly.

Step by step

Open the "Forms" navigation item.
Switch to the "Unsubscription" tab
Click New unsubscription form.
Click "Speed things up".
Give your form a meaningful name.

No list selection: Unlike with a subscription form, you do not need to select a list here. Inxmail later uses the mailing from which your contact opens the form to determine which list the contact should be unsubscribed from.
Select a style set.
Choose whether you want to protect your form with Friendly Captcha or Google reCAPTCHA.

Approval required: If you wish to use Google reCAPTCHA, we require your company’s approval to include Google Ireland Limited as a subprocessor. You can send us the completed for this purpose. If you are a partner customer, get in touch with your Inxmail partner. If the Google reCAPTCHA setting is displayed, approval has already been granted and you can use the function directly.
Enter the description text and label for the unsubscription button.

Edit later: If you want to edit your quick unsubscription later, you will be redirected to the form editor. There you can adjust all settings later.
Click Save.

You have created and published a simple unsubscription form.

Link your unsubscription form to the unsubscription link in your mailing. When inserting the unsubscription link, you can select the unsubscription form you want.
