Forms provide your contacts with various functions related to your mailings and their recipient data.

Different form types are available depending on your use case.

Subscription form

A subscription form allows new contacts to subscribe to your newsletter.

You can create your subscription form in two ways:

• Quick subscription: Create a pre-designed subscription form in just one step.

• Form editor: Design your subscription form freely according to your needs.

Unsubscription form

An unsubscription form allows your contacts to unsubscribe from the associated list using the unsubscribe link in a mailing.

Here, too, you have two options:

• Quick unsubscription: Easily create a predesigned unsubscription form in a single step.

• Form editor: Design your unsubscribe form exactly the way you want.

We're working on it: Currently, you can only create subscription and unsubscribe forms in Newsletter & Campaigns in Inxmail New Xperience. You can create all other form types as dynamic web pages in Inxmail Professional.
