Manage lists

The "Lists” navigation item provides you with access to all lists XPRO Inxmail Professional lists that you use as a basis for synchronizing your mailings and thus for personalization and dispatch.

View recipients

Click the recipient icon to open a list and view all recipients on the list. You can subscribe new recipients in the Import navigation item.

Coming soon: The "Recipients" section is currently still under construction. Soon more functions concerning lists, test profiles and recipients will be available to you. In XNEW Inxmail New Xperience, what you view and edit is existing data from XPRO Inxmail Professional. We are not storing data reduntantly within XNEW.

View list report

Click the reporting icon to view the most important key figures such as subscriptions and unsubscriptions, sendings, clicks, openings and bounces in your list report.

Edit

Click the pencil icon to edit your list settings.

Delete

Deletions are permanent: Once a list has been deleted, it is gone forever. You cannot restore them.

Click the delete icon and confirm the dialog if you want to permanently delete your list.
