Dynamic content

Can't see the "Dynamic content" navigation item?  "Dynamic content" is an optional add-on and is not included in Inxmail by default. Get in touch with your Inxmail contact person or Care-Consulting@inxmail.de for more information about costs, purchase, and testing options.

What is dynamic content?

Unlike static content, your external data is not only loaded once, but is updated up to twice a day. This is particularly useful for emails based on current events, e.g. product recommendations, follow-up emails in case of shopping cart abandonment or RSS feeds.

Your content comes from external source systems such as online stores, websites or recommendation engines and is retrieved individually for each recipient as part of the mailing process. In addition to classic personalization, fully automated campaigns are also possible, such as daily mailings with current RSS content (e.g., movie programs or schedules).

Setup

There are several steps to setting up your dynamic content:

• External systems > "Dynamic content": Connect your data source

• Editing > "Dynamic content": Configure your data

• Editing > Mailings > Container settings: Insert your dynamic content into your mailing
