Create dynamic content (Editing)

Step by step

  1. Go to the "Dynamic content" navigation item in the Editing section.

  2. Click New dynamic content.

  3. Content type

    Select your content type. Depending on your content type, different settings will be available to you.

    • Shopping cart abandonment: Target recipients after a shopping cart abandonment.

    • Product recommendations: Send personalized product recommendations within a mailing, e.g. as Next Best Offer.

    • Feed: Send feeds to all your recipients.

    • Custom: Set up your own content configuration.

      Use this content type only if you already have a lot of experience.

    Some content types can only be used for single-column containers because a new container will be created for each product (or each feed article). Here is an overview:

  4. Step 1: General

    Enter a name and optionally a description for your dynamic content configuration.

    Content type "Custom": Specify whether you want your content to be personalized or non-personalized. Depending on this, your custom content will be more similar to the "Product recommendation" type or to the "Feed" type.

  5. Click Next.

  • You have defined your content type and named your content configuration.
