Ready |
You have successfully authenticated your domain and can send your mailings using this domain. ![]() Optionally, add your BIMI logo with your domain host if you haven’t done so already. To do so, you’ll need a VMC certificate. Contact your Inxmail contact person or Care-Consulting@inxmail.de for more information. |
Check records |
You can send mailings via your authenticated domain, but with limited deliverability. Some emails may bounce or end up in your recipients' spam folders.
Add the DNS entry for MX / SPF / Redirect with your domain host. |
Not possible |
Your domain is not properly authenticated. You cannot send mailings using this domain. Check your settings or re-authenticate the domain from scratch. |

In order for Inxmail to send emails through your authenticated subdomain, your sender address must use this subdomain.
Example
Your authenticated subdomain is: newsletter.example.com.
