List-Help Header

Add a space-wide List-Help header to inform your recipients why they are receiving your transactional emails and how they can unsubscribe.

The information is mandatory: For legally compliant email marketing, you have to add a List-Help header for transactional emails and a List-Unsubscribe header for mailings with advertising content. See our FAQ on List-Help and List-Unsubscribe-Header for more information.

In addition to the List-Help header at space level, you can add a mailing-specific List-Help header or List-Unsubscribe header.

 

Step by step

  1. Go to the List-Help header navigation item in the settings.

  2. Enter the List-Help header as an https or mailto link in angle brackets.

  3. Click Save.
  • You have added a space-wide List-Help header.
