April 2026: Supplementary agreement for Google reCAPTCHA

You can now only use Google reCAPTCHA if we have received the corresponding subprocessor approval.

If you want to use Google reCAPTCHA, we require your company’s approval to include Google Ireland Limited as a sub-processor. If this has not yet been provided, send us the completed supplementary agreement to the existing order processing agreement. We will then reactivate Google reCAPTCHA for you.

Google reCAPTCHA is a service provided by Google Ireland Limited. It protects your form from abusive, automated bot subscription attempts.

Starting in April 2026, Google will change the role of data controller to data processor for Google ReCAPTCHA.

We therefore require your approval for Google as an additional sub-processor of Inxmail. You can find more background information in the Google Blog.
