If you want to use Google reCAPTCHA, we require your company’s approval to include Google Ireland Limited as a sub-processor. If this is not yet in place, complete and send us the . We will then re-enable Google reCAPTCHA for you.

What is Google reCAPTCHA?

Google reCAPTCHA is a service provided by Google Ireland Limited. It protects your form from abusive, automated bot subscription attempts.

Why is this changing?

Starting in April 2026, Google will change the role of data controller to data processor for Google ReCAPTCHA.

We therefore require your approval for Google as an additional sub-processor of Inxmail. You can find more background information in the Google Blog.
