Organize images in folders

If you are using a large number of images in your mailings, you might want to organize them in folders. For example, you can place corporate design or Christmas images in separate folders to make it easy for you to find them.

"Media" navigation item vs. Media panel: You can find all options for folder and media management inside the "Media" navigation item. Inside the Media panel, you can currently only upload images and create folders or rename them by double-clicking them.

Create

Click "Create folder" in the toolbar to create a new folder.
Use drag and drop to upload new images from Windows Explorer or Apple Finder.

Move

Use drag and drop to move your images and folders as you set up your folder structure.

You can also drag and drop them into the tree structure on the left.

Select

Click the folder or image you want to select. The selected images or folders will be green and shown with a check mark.

Rename

Select an image or a folder. Then click "Rename" in the toolbar.

Unable to rename a folder or image? Are you unable to rename your folder or image? Or is the "Rename" icon is dimmed?
Then check to make sure that you selected only one folder. You cannot rename more than one folder (or image) at one time.

Delete

Select an image or a folder. Then click "Delete" in the toolbar.

Deletions are permanent: Once an image or folder has been deleted, it is gone forever. You cannot restore it.
