Use the AI assistant with care: The AI assistant i is based on the technologies of third-party company OpenAI. All content will be automatically generated by OpenAI, without verification by any entity.

You as a user are responsible for checking and evaluating the content of your texts. Do not enter sensitive data in the text field.

Step by step

Click into the text element you want to optimize, then click the AI assistant icon.
For which text types does the AI assistant provide support?
You can optimize:
- All text elements in the editorial area
- Subject
- Pre-header
What permissions do I need to use the AI assistant?

You'll need the "Use AI assistant" rights package to be able to use the AI assistant. Get in touch with your account manager if you do not have the required permissions.

Inxmail standard roles: The rights package is included in the Inxmail standard roles "Mailing manager and designer" and "Editor."

Your source text will loaded.

All formatting will be lost: The AI assistant will load your text without formatting such as bold, italic, text styles or specific fonts.
Adjust your source text if needed.
Tell the AI assistant what to do with your text. You have the following options:
- Create a marketing text from my bullet points
- Summarize my text, using bullet points
- Translate my text into German
- Suggest a button text (call to action)
- Optimize my subject line
- Brainstorm on this topic
Click Ask your AI.
Check the result.
If you don't like the result, you can restart the query by clicking Ask your AI.
Adjust the suggested text to your liking.
Happy with the results? Accept the text by clicking Accept proposal.

You can always edit the text later on in your mailing.
