Roles
User roles to assign rights to your users. You allocate various rights within a role in order to make it as easy as possible for your users to work in Inxmail New Xperience.
Less is more: Only assign your users the right that they truly need to perform their work. It will be easier for your users in their daily work if they are not assigned rights they do not need.
Standard Roles and Own Roles
When you use Inxmail New Xperience for the first time, some Inxmail standard roles are automatically stored. Inxmail New Xperience comes with a number of Inxmail standard roles when you use it for the first time.
- You can tell a role is a standard role by the Inxmail logo and the fact that you cannot delete or edit it.

Custom roles do not have a logo.
If you are completely new to Inxmail New Xperience or if the Inxmail standard roles are sufficient for you, it is possible that you do not see any custom roles.
