You create new users, define rights via roles, and assign rights for specific spaces in the "Users & rights" panel.
User rights apply account-wide: Inside this navigation item, you manage the users and rights for your entire account, i.e., for all spaces inside your account. You can of course limit user rights to individual spaces. As a general rule, however, they are assigned account-wide. Learn more.
