Sending domains
The "Sending domains" navigation item helps you improve the deliverability of your mailings. With the right settings, you can ensure that your emails actually reach your recipients and don't end up in their spam folder. This strengthens your brand and builds trust.
How does the "Sending domains" navigation item help you specifically?
-
Use SPF to define which servers are allowed to send emails on your behalf.
-
Use DKIM to sign your emails so that the receiving mail server can verify that your mailing content has not been changed by others.
-
Use DMARC to determine how emails that do not pass the SPF or DKIM check are handled.
-
Set up BIMI with your domain provider to make sure your recipients will recognize your authenticated emails directly by your company logo in their mailbox.
Domain alignment: For SPF, DKIM, DMARC and BIMI to work properly, you need domain alignment. The easiest way to achieve this is by delegating a subdomain to Inxmail. Inxmail then takes over the automatic management of your DNS entries.
Use your domain für Inxmail only : Create a subdomain that you use exclusively for sending emails via Inxmail. If your main domain is example.com, for example, you can create e.g. newsletter.example.com as a subdomain and use it as your sending domain.

Depending on which Inxmail product you are using, you will find the "Sending domains" in different places:
-
Platform or Newsletters & campaigns: In Account management > Sending domains
-
Inxmail Professional: In the Global settings main tab > Sending domains
