Standard Roles
Here you can see all standard roles that are stored in Inxmail New Xperience from the start. You can assign one or more roles to users to provide them with the optimum conditions to complete their work.
Full access to account
If you have the "Full access to account" role, you are an administrator with full rights in Inxmail New Xperience.
Be careful when assigning the role: It comes with a wide range of rights. Only assign the "Full access to account" role at the top level in your organizational chart since user rights are applied account-wide in Inxmail New Xperience. In addition, only assign them to users if you know they will use them responsibly.
Editor
The "Editor" role is a classic role for basic email editors.
As an "editor," you can create mailing, copy them, and edit them to a limited degree. You cannot add or move containers, delete mailings, and make changes to the layout of mailings, either in the "Settings" panel or in the style sets.
