Standard settings for campaign activities and campaign reactions
Under Standard settings for campaign activities and Standard settings for campaign reactions, you create the central presettings for all campaign activities. Whether you wish to apply or overwrite the global presettings can be decided at the level of the campaign activity.
Specify your settings in the fields.

Use the Create E-mail Activity drop-down list to select if the mailing should be saved as email activity in Microsoft Dynamics (see Email activities). You can select the following: |

The mailing dispatch is not saved as an email activity. |

Subject |
The subject of the campaign activity is saved as the email activity for each recipient to whom the mailing is sent. |

Complete |
The subject of the campaign activity is saved as the email activity for each recipient to whom the mailing is sent. The sent mailing is also saved. However, only the impersonal form of the mailing is saved (for example, instead of the personalised form of address, only ‘Dear Reader’ will be saved). |

Generate leads |
You can use the campaign activity to generate new leads when recipients subscribe to the Inxmail Professional mailing list. To do so, select the value Yes (see New leads). Note: We recommend creating a separate campaign activity used only for this purpose when generating leads. The campaign activity should not be additionally used to send a mailing. |

Close reactions on creation for

You can automatically close campaign reactions to avoid performance problems. Note: We recommend closing campaign reactions for clicks and opens immediately after creation. You can leave campaign reactions for subscriptions, unsubscriptions and bounces open for possible follow-up actions. Use the check boxes to select which campaign reactions are to be closed immediately after creation. You can select the following: |
