Use coupon codes once or several times
Note: The functionality described here is available for version 3.0.10 of the Coupon code plug-in. However, the fields described here may not be displayed to you at this time. If this is the case, contact your Inxmail contact person at Care-Consulting@inxmail.de for more information. |
From version 3.0.10, you can specify for coupon code campaigns and barcode campaigns (CSV) whether a recipient should receive the same coupon or a new coupon each time if they are contacted several times as part of a campaign. If the recipient is to receive a new coupon, you can also indicate when this should happen.
This functionality is set up via the Should a recipient receive a new coupon each time if they are contacted several times as part of this campaign? and When should a recipient be able to receive a new coupon at the earliest? fields that are displayed when a coupon code campaign and barcode campaign (CSV) is created.
(For more information on creating coupon code campaigns and barcode campaigns (CSV), see sections Create coupon code campaign and Create barcode campaign (CSV).)
The following examples illustrate different use cases for sending new coupons each time and for resending a coupon that has already been sent.
