Download the "Inxmail Email Marketing for Salesforce" app from the Salesforce App Exchange and install it.
90-day trial version available: You can use the trial version for 90 days. Contact your Inxmail representative or Care-Consulting@inxmail.de if you would like to extend the trial period.

Specify which users you wish to install the app for during the installation process:

Install for admins only: The app is only installed for system administrators.
You can unlock the app for other users manually under Permission sets.

Install for all users: The app is installed for all users.

Install for specific Profiles: The app is installed for users with specific profiles.

Complete the additional fields "Email address invalid" and "No emails" in the page layout for your contacts and leads.

No emails: A member has unsubscribed from your newsletter.

Email address invalid: The member's email address generated a hard bounce when the newsletter was sent at an earlier time.

Once the package has been installed, there will be three new campaign record types available to you:

Description
Inxmail New Xperience: Email Campaign (Web)
Create eye-catching mailings (single dispatch) in the web editor. Send your mailings and evaluate the responses.
Inxmail Professional: Email Campaign
Create and send your mailing (single dispatch). Evaluate the responses to your mailing.
Inxmail Subscription Campaign
Manage subscriptions and unsubscriptions for recipients who regularly receive emails from you (newsletter, etc.).
Use profiles to assign the record types to the users who will work with them; see the article Assign Record Types and Page Layouts in the Enhanced Profile User Interface in the Salesforce online help.
