Import and retrieve data (scheduled tasks)

You can use scheduled tasks for automatically importing and retrieving data. You can create a scheduled task:

• Using the dashboard link

  

• Or using the "Scheduled Tasks" tab in the Operation Manager.

Field	Description
Add recipients	Add recipients to your campaign activity. See: Add recipients via scheduled task
System synchronization	Retrieve subscriptions, unsubscriptions, bounces, and tracking permission from Inxmail and apply them to your campaign activity. The scheduled task "System synchronization" corresponds to the manual function "Retrieve all."
Scheduled maintenance action	Delete log entries and queue entries that exceed a defined value and clean up the subscription status table.
