Import and retrieve data (manually)

Work with "Scheduled Tasks": Normally you would create the following functions as a scheduled task and have the system regularly execute them.

However, you can also import and retrieve data manually. You can find most of the functions in the "Recipients" tab.

Exception: The "Import Inxmail list" function will be found in the "Inxmail" tab.

Field	Description
Add recipients	Add recipients to your campaign activity. See: Add recipients via campaign activity.
Retrieve unsubscriptions	Retrieve all your recipients' unsubscriptions from Inxmail and apply them to your campaign activity.
Retrieve subscriptions	Retrieve your recipients' subscriptions from Inxmail and apply them to your campaign activity.
Retrieve bounces	Retrieve your recipients' bounces from Inxmail and apply them to your campaign activity.
Retrieve Tracking Permission	Retrieve your recipients' Tracking Permissions from Inxmail and apply them to your campaign activity.
Retrieve all	Retrieve all data mentioned above from Inxmail and apply them to your campaign activity. Unsubscriptions Subscriptions Bounces Tracking Permission The manual function "Retrieve all" corresponds to the scheduled task "System synchronization".
Import Inxmail list	Import the recipients from another Inxmail list (including subscription/unsubscription status and tracking permission) in order to use them in your campaign activity. Exception: Unlike the other functions, you'll find this manual function in the "Inxmail" tab.
