Import automation

Use the "Import automation" navigation item to automatically import recipients at defined intervals to subscribe or unsubscribe them from a list.

You set up an SFTP server that your CRM system (or another external system) uses to update an import file at regular intervals – e.g., once per day. The import file must be available in CSV or CSV.GZ format.

Inxmail regularly downloads the file from your SFTP server and imports the data based on your defined settings.

In Inxmail, you have several options to subscribe or unsubscribe recipients and import them. This article shows you how to import recipients using import automation. Alternatively, you can manually import recipients into Newsletters & campaigns using an Excel or CSV file.

You can also provide a subscription form as a subscription option.

Data storage: In Newsletters & campaigns, what you view and edit is existing data from XPRO. We are not storing data reduntantly within "Newsletters & campaigns".
