Edit recipients

Click the edit icon for a recipient in the "Recipients" navigation item in order to view and edit attributes. (Attributes in XNEW are your column values from XPRO.

Changing attributes will affect all lists, as recipients in Inxmail are managed globally.

Each recipient exists only once in Inxmail and is uniquely identified by their email address. If you change attributes of your recipients, e.g. by editing or Import, the attribute changes in all listsin which your recipient appears.

Exception: The tracking permission is list-specific and will not change globally. Modifying it will only affect the current list.

Spaces

In case your XPRO client is connected to other spaces in your account, changes will also affect lists in those spaces.

Rights: If you do not have editing rights, you will see an eye icon instead of the edit icon. This means you can view but not edit recipients.
