Controlling the sending time

Step by step

To define the sending time for a follow-up transactional mailing, proceed as follows:

  1. In the selection bar, click the event for which you would like to define the sending time for a follow-up transactional mailing.

    The currently active workflow of the event is displayed.

  2. Click Edit workflow.

    You will be directed to the workflow editor.

  3. Click the connecting arrow beneath the already integrated mailing.

    The Add item dialog box is displayed.

  4. Select the Wait element type.

    The Wait dialog box is displayed.

  5. Define the time interval for the sending of the follow-up transactional mailing.
  6. Click Apply.

    You return to the workflow editor.

  7. Click the connecting arrow beneath the Wait element.

    The Add item dialog box is displayed.

  8. Select the Send mailing element type.

    The Send mailing dialog box is displayed.

  9. Select the desired mailing.

    You return to the workflow editor.

  10. Click Activate.

    A confirmation dialog box appears.

  11. Click Activate now.

    You return to the Workflow tab.

  • You have now defined the (relative) sending time for a follow-up transactional mailing.
