GDPR: As of 25 May 2018, application of the EU GDPR is mandatory for all EU member states. If you process your recipients’ personal data in your capacity as an email marketer or Inxmail Professional user, you will need to obtain your recipients’ consent to do so. If you send or use several mailing lists, you will need to obtain consent for each of these mailing lists. At the same time, you should provide your recipients with the opportunity to withdraw their consent at any time.
If you would like to collect personal data, you need to directly obtain a declaration of consent when users subscribe to a newsletter. To facilitate this, you need to add the Tracking Permission element to your ‘Subscription’ Web page.
