Set up a mailing list

Prerequisites

The following agents are displayed on the tab of the mailing list (Adding/deleting additional agents to/from mailing lists):

  • Email connector agent
  • Mailings agent
  • Subscriptions agent

Step by step

  1. Create a new mailing list and define the mailing list recipients to whom the email connector is to send the mailings (Creating and setting up mailing lists).
  2. Add the Email connector agent to the mailing list (Creating and setting up mailing lists).
  3. Save your entries.

  4. Get in touch with your Inxmail contact person or so that Inxmail sets up a new POP3 mail server account for you.

  • You have finished setting up the mailing list required for the email connector. As soon as you activate the email connector (Set up the email connector), Inxmail Professional forwards all emails received in the POP3 account as a mailing to the mailing list recipients.
