Actions

Actions can be triggered through the Click on a certain link event (Defining an event for the action sequence). Starting from Inxmail Professional 4.7, as a standard, these types of actions will only be triggered for recipients who have consented to person-based tracking.

If, for example, you have selected Send action mailing as an action, the action mailing will be sent to recipients who have consented to person-based tracking when they click the Book an appointment link.

The action mailing will not be sent to recipients who have not consented to person-based tracking.

You have the option to set up the Click on a certain link event in such a way that the corresponding action is also triggered for recipients who have not consented to person-based tracking.
