Inxmail for Salesforce can be used together with the following editions of Salesforce Sales Cloud: "Professional", "Enterprise", "Unlimited"/"Performance", and "Developer".
Can also be used with other Salesforce solutions: Depending on the setup, you can also use Inxmail for Salesforce with other Salesforce service or CRM solutions. Contact your Inxmail contact person or Care-Consulting@inxmail.de for more information.

A "My Domain" must be set up in Salesforce or else the Lightning Web Components will not be shown; see My Domain in the Salesforce online help.

Two autolaunched flows will be installed together with the Inxmail app. Allow your Salesforce Organization to install these two flows.

If you want the app to be available in both German and English, the Translation Workbench must be activated in the "Translation Language Settings"; see Enable Translation Workbench in the Salesforce online help.

Standard "Individual" object must be enabled (It is enabled by default).
How do I enable the standard "Individual" object?
In case the standard "Individuals" object has not been activated for you, proceed as follows:

Check your object and field permissions. Make sure the standard "Individual" object has the object permission "Read". And that the "Don't track" field permission is enabled in read access and edit access.
