Import automation: status, history and error messages
Overview" tab
In the "Overview" tab, you can see all the import automations that you have already created. You can have 3 statuses:
-
Draft
-
Active
-
Deactivated
The "Draft" and "Deactivated" statuses behave in the same way. "Deactivated" is merely an indication that Import Automation was previously active.
History" tab
If you set an import automation to "Active", it starts as soon as the time you have defined in your time interval is reached - e.g. daily at 16:00. You can see current and completed import automations in the "History" tab.
There are 3 statuses in the "History" tab:
-
Successful: Your source file has been loaded. At least one data record per source file has been successfully imported. However, it is possible that not all data records have been imported, see critical scenarios.
-

We are constantly expanding the functionality of “Newsletters & Campaigns”. Check out newsletters & campaigns section to find out if the feature you are looking for might already be available there.
-
Full scope: You use the legacy tool Inxmail Professional as your main tool for creating and sending newsletters.
