Step by step

  1. Open your user profile

  2. Select a different language under "Change language".
  3. Click Confirm.
  • You have changed the interface language for your user.

Language of the software interface and Space language

When your space is created, a language is defined for the entire space. As a rule, this language should correspond to the language of the source system. This ensures that the date and number formats in the (transactional) emails are displayed in the same way as in the source system.

If you want a different country or language-specific display of the date and number formats than specified at space level, you can change the localization settings at mailing level in the Settings workflow step under Additional settings > Localization. (See the Mailing settings section )

The language of the software interface is defined independently of the Space language. This means, for example, that the language for a particular user can be set to English (United States of America) and the workspace language can be set to German (Germany) at the same time. In this scenario, the date and number formats for the respective user will be shown in English in the user interface. At the same time, the date and number formats in the (transactional) emails will be displayed in German (default setting).
