Setting up access rights for mailing lists

Step by step

To set up the access rights for a mailing list, proceed as follows:

  1. Double-click the mailing list in the list overview to open the mailing list.

    The mailing list is displayed on a new tab.

  2. Click the Access rights agent.

    Not every user can view the Access rights agent. (The user must be assigned with the corresponding right. See section .)

  3. Enable all roles and users that should have access to the mailing list.

  4. Save your entries.
  • You have assigned the corresponding roles and users with the access rights for the mailing list. These roles and users will see the mailing list in the list overview immediately and can open it from there.

    Note: If the Access rights agent is not displayed in a mailing list or has been deleted, all users have access to the mailing list.
