Inxmail Professional Advanced Settings
The Advanced Settings section contains further settings that are only relevant for Inxmail Professional email campaigns:

Synchronize additional campaign members |
If the check box is selected, the campaign members are transferred to Inxmail Professional at hourly intervals. |
Campaign generates leads |
You can use a campaign specifically to acquire new customers. To do so, select the Campaign generates leads check box. All new subscriptions received (for example, via Web form or API) are transferred from Inxmail Professional to Salesforce. These new subscriptions are created as ‘lead objects’ in Salesforce on the Leads tab. A new lead is only created if a Salesforce ID has not yet been stored in Inxmail Professional for the recipient, in other words, if no value has been entered for the recipient in the SFDCID column. The relevant required information must be entered when creating leads in Salesforce. This should be queried in a subscription form. |
Link email with campaign |
If the check box is selected, the mailing is added to the campaign as an attachment after it has been sent. You can open the mailing in the campaign details under the Attachments topics list. For a multipart mailing, the mailing is added in HTML format. |
Delete campaign |
If the check box is selected, the concluded or cancelled campaign is removed from Salesforce. At the same time, the mailing list is deleted from Inxmail Professional. It is only possible to delete a campaign if you close the connection to Inxmail Professional and set the status to Completed or Aborted. |
