Hard bounces
If a recipient generates a hard bounce due to an incorrect email address or deleted email account, the Email address invalid check box is enabled in Salesforce in the contact details of the member (Contacts tab). At the same time, the member in the corresponding campaign is assigned the status Hard Bounced.
The effect of the status is that it is possible to add the contact to a campaign again; however, the contact is no longer transferred to Inxmail Professional as a recipient. The member does not receive any further mailings.
