Synchronisation and workflows

Enter the settings for synchronisation and queue processing under Synchronisation and workflows.

Step by step

1. Under Interval for synchronisation (min), specify the number of minutes after which the data is to be synchronised between Microsoft Dynamics and Inxmail Professional. The smallest possible synchronisation interval is 60 minutes.
2. Specify the number of workflow monitor instances that are run for the execution of all synchronisations under Number of queue observer instances . Workflow monitor instances check which entries are in the recipient queue and reaction data queue.
3. Specify the maximum number of entries a queue may contain under Queue processing limit.
4. Specify the interval in hours for the automated transfer of recipients from Microsoft Dynamics to Inxmail Professional under Recipient queue interval (h).
5. Specify the interval in hours for the automated transfer of recipient reactions from Inxmail Professional toMicrosoft Dynamics under Reaction data queue interval (h).
