The Inxmail Professional for Microsoft Dynamics 365 managed solution package for connecting Inxmail Professional to Microsoft Dynamics has been available since June 2018. The Inxmail Professional for Microsoft Dynamics 365 solution package replaces the previous Inxmail Professional for Microsoft Dynamics CRM solution package.
Inxmail Professional for Microsoft Dynamics 365 is compatible with the following versions of Inxmail Professional:
- Inxmail Professional ASP Version 4.7 or higher
Inxmail Professional for Microsoft Dynamics 365 is compatible with the following versions of Microsoft Dynamics:
- Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013 (on-premises)
- Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2015 (on-premises)
- Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2016 (on-premises)
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Cloud and on-premises)
Azure functions app
The Inxmail Professional for Microsoft Dynamics 365 solution package is installed in the same way for the Cloud and on-premises versions of Microsoft Dynamics. This is described in the first chapters of this installation guide.
If you are using the Cloud version, you will also need to deploy an Azure function app. This is described in the section Deploying Azure functions app for Dynamics 365 online.
