Interpret exported CSV file
Open the exported CSV file. (You can do this with Microsoft Excel, for example.)
The following explains the structure and content of an exported CSV file using an example.
Example
An exported CSV file can appear as follows, for example:
‘coupon’ – codes/coupon codes from one or more uploaded CSV files
The coupon column is where you will find all uploaded coupon codes. In this example, three CSV files with coupon codes were uploaded in the course of time.
‘enddate’ – end date of the coupon codes
An end date for the coupon codes was entered for the second and third CSV file. The coupon codes from the second CSV file are only valid until 31.10.2017. The coupon codes from the third CSV file are only valid until 31.12.2017. The coupon codes will no longer be sent or integrated into emails after the respective date.
‘senddate’ – email send date
The coupon codes were sent to the corresponding recipients on the date specified in the senddate column.
