ECG Sync Service

In Austria, individuals or companies who do not wish to receive advertising emails can register in a central list. This list was named after the Austrian E-Commerce Act (ECG) and is called ‘ECG list’.

The ECG Sync service synchronises the global recipient list in Inxmail Professional with the ECG list, once a day. Inxmail Professional recipients who are on the ECG list are automatically placed on the blacklist in Inxmail Professional. The ECG Sync service runs in the background. It replaces the Robinson Lists plug-in, which was used for this purpose until the ECG Sync service was introduced.Inxmail Professional
