Tracking permission of deleted recipients
The value of the Tracking Permission <Name of mailing list> column is reset to the default value 
No if a recipient is deleted from a list or unsubscribed. This means that person-based tracking cannot be carried out for deleted or unsubscribed recipients. Their clicks and opens cannot be traced to the individual level.
