Deleting file attachments

The following instructions explain how to delete a file attachment.

Step by step

1. Open the mailing in the (Editing) workflow step.
2. In the HTML editor, search for the Inxmail Professional code that was inserted when attaching the file (for example, [%attach(4226);Logo.png]).
3. Delete the code part that was inserted when inserting the file (for example, [%attach(4226);Logo.png]).

• You have deleted a file attachment.

  You can use the quick preview ( (Show/hide quick preview) button) in the toolbar to check whether the attachment really was deleted. Refresh the quick preview, if necessary, by clicking the (Refresh) button.
